There is not much documentation on the internet. You have to contact the vendor if you cant do something, they always help but it would be better if you could solve small problems on your own. I also don't like that the process from migrating from vmware or hyper-v can be tedious and risky, since you have to make sure all the operating systems on the VMs are compatible.
