They did a strong job managing the transition from the previous provider and helped establish a stable foundation during a period of significant change.  

The relationship now needs to continue maturing from traditional managed services toward a more proactive, accountable, and automated model.   We're looking for greater focus on operational ownership, service transparency, forward-looking risk identification, and align to our broader modernization roadmap.
