Overall, the transition from previous vendor was smooth, and kept operations stable from transition. The team deployed to our account are receptive to learning about the organisation, but they will need direction and guidance across all the processes.

Overall it has been a positive experience. particularly in terms of managing complex IT environments and coordinating amongst multiple service providers.

Cognizant has been an important MSP, providing continuity and support across core operational areas including hosting, network, database, backup, and related infrastructure services.  They did a strong job managing the transition from the previous provider and helped establish a stable foundation during a period of significant change.  

The relationship now needs to continue maturing from traditional managed services toward a more proactive, accountable, and automated model.   We're looking for greater focus on operational ownership, service transparency, forward-looking risk identification, and align to our broader modernization roadmap.
