The integration of HCL into our company was, from a governance perspective, well received and implemented, however the skills per team were often lacking in quality of what we expected. The overall tech lead has sufficient knowledge. When team members switch or change in role, this is often a re-onboarding to the team, which often leads to the need to refocus on the work to be delivered. Reporting is on a frequent basis and is good.
