1) Effective oversight and operation of ITIL aligned services. e.g. Change enablement, problem management, knowledge management. 2) Knowledgeable, qualified staff, allocated to our account. 3) Partnership focus - they're not aiming to simply be a supplier, but be a partner in our organisational success.

dislikes

The biggest challenges are related to consistency in resource quality and time zone differences if you work with resources from India. Profiles with similar job description can have very different skills levels, making the recruitment and onboarding process lengthy.
