Resolve Actions' workflow design is very easy and intuitive with a simple but efficient GUI which makes it great. Ability to deploy RSRemote Servers to easily onboard any customer or environment and the architecture in itself makes it very easy to distribute roles on the same server or different ones, giving a lot of flexibility. Wiki pages and the ability to present content and not just to run workflows, makes this tool amongst others, very complete. It easily integrates one way or another with any system or technology. Latest news about MCP's to work with AI on runbooks and review worksheets, amongst others... is just the cherry on top of the cake.

Not a lot of pre-built... the majority of solutions end up being built ground-up. Many areas are dumbed down for user-friendliness, perhaps too much (to prevent you from hurting yourself) but it comes at the cost of granular control. Everything has to be done through their web UI, which is not ideal for some devs.
