The features we like most about CATO Networks is that it is reliable, simple to administer and flexible. First, the link jitter and latency monitoring capabilities have been extremely beneficial. The solution continuously monitors circuit health and can automatically failover when a link begins experiencing performance degradation or connectivity issues. This feature has improved uptime at our sites and allows our staff to provide excellent patient care. Second, the ease of administration and overall intuitiveness of their management portal is exceptional. For our small IT team, the management interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. This allows us to efficiently maintain and support the environment without the need for a dedicated staff or specialized training. Third, the ability to pool bandwidth across sites provides excellent flexibility. If a location requires additional bandwidth due to increased demand or business activity, CATO can dynamically accommodate those needs, helping us maintain available resources and maintain performance across the organization.
