Social Listening tools: the ability to see the individual posts from a variety of agencies and their reach and impact. Easy to use: once the system has been set up I can get the data I need each month with just a few clicks. Saved searches: The searches I need to conduct on a regular basis are saved so I can access them easily and run reports. Word cloud: Each search creates a word cloud from the collective social media posts that can be exported to presentations to leadership. Data from searches can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
