Overall, Sysomos was very strong in terms of capturing mentions on specific channels, but leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to other channels. User experience on the channel, particularly on the Analyze function has a lot to be improved, as it is not as intuitive. Servicing from the accounts or client success team is also a big room for improvement.
