Flexibility in approach to data sources - utilizing the available data. Strength of subject matter expertise on publisher specific licensing, both the terms of agreements but also how to reconcile and analyse the position. Open and prepared to address queries and challenges to approach and findings in calm and assured manner which inspires confidence in our internal service stakeholders. Anglepoint continue to be flexible in their approach to delivering their services. They have proactively reviewed their service delivery to identify lessons learned and implemented service improvements to optimise the service. Anglepoint continue their regular engagement throughout the year to assist us in addressing issues identified in our license positions.
