I have Tried to order several things through Insight. This has been more cumbersome than anything else. Each time I contact my rep with Insight it takes them awhile to get back to me ( at least a week ) and their price points also seems quite a bit higher than other software resellers. They were willing to lower the price but not completely price match which inevitably just pushed me away from ordering through them.

Insight has been very responsive, adaptable, and almost always provides us what we need on time. They have been able to acquire software, hardware, and they can even get things to us in Canada that are not normally able to be acquired.
