Source-to-pay suites allow organizations to manage all of their sourcing and procurement activities within a single integrated solution. I think, overall, the service was exceptional.  We have some serious concerns about how we set up SIM, but I think that's more due to our vendor master set up rather than the platform.  Our integration team was amazing.  The reporting section is really advanced - there should be an easier way to pull the data without knowing how to code.
