Efficient Daily Use With Fast Support, Notes Section Could Improve Functionality

User friendly, it has been easy to learn and use daily while providing our company with the needs of the system.

1. Changes to Production environment happen without warning and sometimes with negative side effects. 2. Some pre-built filters (like expiration periods 30-60-90) didn't provide other options (120, 180, 365) 3. Excel Upload of contracts didn't include some Raindrop provided fields (eg Global). 4. Sometimes Raindrop would say it would take 2 weeks for a customization to be complete and it took much longer. It is okay for them to say 2 months if that is really how long it will take.
