JAGGAER One provides solid end to end sourcing capabilities and has enabled global standardisation across sourcing, supplier management and contracting processes. 

That said, the user experience and system flexibility can be inconsistent across modules. Configuration often involves significant effort and some workflows particularly in the direct modules feel overly complex. 

Overall, it is a capable enterprise platform, but achieving full value requires strong internal ownership and governance and complimentary products to close gaps in usability and automation.

Guided buying initiatives supported have also helped reduce barriers that our internal customers were facing giving them more transparency and ease of use while allowing us to develop allowable purchases for them to select from to maintain compliance. The contract management tool has helped keep us compliant and allows for reduced processes when ordering from a contract.
