What I like most about using Chorus is that I can stay present during my calls. Knowing Chorus is taking notes and will send me my follow-up action items, I'm not worried about taking notes and I can focus on my customer.

As mentioned above, the points that I disliked include: - Transcription errors and mistakes in the AI summaries. - Failure tom understand local/foreign dialects in some cases - Lack of nuanced insights and feedback around around sentiment analysis and coversation performance ratings.
