What I liked the most about this product is how it improves the visibility, collaboration and project management across the organization. It also has a centralized dashboard which makes it easier to monitor progress. It has improved collaboration and transparency across departments, and made decision making easier and more efficient.

The initial curve is complicated and support varies depending on the case. We've had cases where people were pulling their hair out over them.
