The application is very flexible and robust in design and is very adaptable for large scale enterprises. However, the UI feels somewhat outdated. It can be more intuitive that increases the learning chances for new users. Additionally, performance lags occassionaly while handling large database and generating detailed reports. UI improvement is very critical and faster reporting abilities is I suggest to improve on.
