What I find most appealing about this product is its excellent integration with the rest of the platform (especially ITSM). Another important aspect is the consolidated view of projects and requirements. Thirdly, the resource and capacity management is very helpful for planning. Finally, the dashboards and reports are very useful when properly configured.
