Great tool for regular user but lack a more user friendly interface

It's a mature well thought through SaaS solution that seems to be a best of breed.

Despite its customization we often need additional features. If those features are not part of the standard it takes huge amount of time to get it working, the IT department often do the development without respecting entirely the specifications which consume a lot of time on the customer's side who has to go through the UAT process over and over until the IT get it right.
