The standard tool to do SharePoint Migrations. We used it to migrate from SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online on a large retail project in the UK

Vendor was very supportive prior to purchase and after purchase with install and configuration. Using this tool allows for visibility and streamlining Administrative functions (without having to revert to PowerShell). Huge value in our envorinment was Backing up Site Permissions and duplicating someone's permissions. Saved me hours and hours of time trying to gather without using this tool.

the product usage is great, ease of access to content, preferences to roles is very good.. i mean we can differentiate access to user and guest, data management in tool is great, user interface where we can navigate and execute operation very good.

Metalogix Archive Manager for Exchange is tool used by the organization on daily bases in order to provide exchange the data and keep it stored in archival repository. The overall experience was good to use all the features and functionalities.

IBM Optim has helped us to maintain proper retention to Structured data. We have been able to use the product to archive and purge data that has met its retention from Production databases. We have archived SQL, Oracle as well as applications on the mainframe. Our vendor has worked internally with our technical teams as well as LOB teams to help implement applying our retention policies to our application databases using IBM Optim.
