My overall experience with Uber for Business has been very positive. As part of my role in business operations, my team and I manage travel management activities, and Uber for Business has become a useful tool for managing transportation during business trips. We use it mostly when employees travel abdoad, especially our CEO, who travels frequently for meeting, events and business development activities. The platform makes it easy to organise transportation and gives us better visibility on travel expense. One of the main benefits for us is the simple and immediate invoicing process. Having access to clear invoices and expense information helps our administration team save time and makes reimboursment and accounting activities much easier. Overall it is a practical solution that supports a growing company with frequent business travel needs. While we currently use it mainly during international business trips, I hope it will become even more widely used for business travel in Italy in the near future as well.
