the tool might not look as nice as some competitors (no auto complete of input when searching companies; front end a bit older) but the alerts received are way better than of 2 competitor tools I also use in parallel within our group of companies. it is a bit more manual but the advantage is that you can select exactly the relevant suppliers and sub-tiers so the result in the end is more accurate/helpful which pays out over years for a one time likely more complex setup.
