CBX makes the collection of data easier without having to have strong analytical support. If the reporting and analysis attributes of the tool could be enhanced then CBX would become a much more powerful tool for sustainable supply chain management.

CBX assisted us in the collection of data on supplier sustainability, but the weak analytical features of the reporting limit the platforms potential to convert data into information. Additional options in the reporting section would help to get the most out of CBX.
