As a member of the marketing team, I use Amazon Supply Chain sparingly, mainly to refer to in regard to product availability ahead of marketing campaigns. It does serve it's purpose for this, but I'm well aware there's a lot more to the solution than this. However, in terms of simplicity of checking product availability I have no complaints

Overall, the platform has been a reliable addition to our supply chain operations. Implementation went smoothly with good support from the onboarding team, and the tool has helped us gain better visibility into our logistics and inventory processes. Performance has been consistent, and it integrates reasonably well with our existing systems. A few areas around reporting customization could still be improved, but overall it has delivered solid value for our organization.
