Particularly with the forecasting module, ease of implementation. We also saw an increase in forecast accuracy after implementing the product. Here are some of the ways it was beneficial: Reduced dependence on islands of data. All planning workflows in one place. Consistent execution based on company rules and objectives.

It requires loT of manual effort to perform tasks that should be more automated and intuitive. The interface feels outdated, and the navigation is not user friendly, which slows down day to day forecasting work. Customizing models or workflows often requires IT support, and collaboration within the tool is limited. Overall, it delivers the basics but lacks the speed, flexibility and analytical depth expected from modern planning systems.
