The overall experience with the vendor was neutral, we have our own complexities in the process and the vendor has tried their best to incorporate the complexities into their system to fulfill our requirement.

Now that I have gone to Arkieva's SaaS environment from Classic I was able to design the entirety of the demand planning package and we were able to make changes on the fly once we went live.
