It has been a great experience implementing the BY Luminate Demand Edge and BY Fulfillment products as part of Bjs supply chain planning. Post implementation, on a day to day basis, maintaining and managing the BY planning systems, managing the data and its outputs has been uncomplicated and relatively simple given the overall complexity of the system and data. We are very pleased with BY's planning tools namely LDE and Fulfillment.

I think that Blue Yonder does a great job implementing programs that are needed. I do think that the customer service needs a little work.

Blue Yonder has been flexible and responsive to our evolving requirements and the ongoing date delays. However, the integration process proved more complex than anticipated, and data validation quickly became the primary focus during the initial rollout. As a result, there was insufficient time allocated for thorough system training.

At the same time, we pursued an ambitious plan to implement two new systems simultaneously. In hindsight, this approach created unnecessary risk. Given the data delays, we realistically only had the capacity to implement one system. Instead, we trained and initiated both. Now that we are re-implementing the second system, it highlights a missed opportunity to sequence the work more strategically and focus on one system at a time to ensure strong adoption and execution.
