What I like most about GAINS is the exception-based workflow, which allows our planners to focus on the highest-priority issues instead of reviewing every SKU manually. The platform's capabilities are a significant differentiator, enabling us to optimize inventory across our global supp chain while maintaining service levels. I also appreciate the unlimited user licensing model, which makes it easy to extend access across the organization without additional cost concerns. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the platform is highly configurable, allowing it to be tailored to our unique business processes and planning requirements.

Our environment is complex, and it seems that two years after implementation, I don't feel that the dust has settled. Bugs have created distrust in the system and its recommendations. Some bugs actually do drive bad behavior.
