Scenario based framework that is core to the software is a great fit for planning. The time from a disruption, to an aligned plan, to a decision, to execution has gotten a lot faster with this capability. The SaaS / cloud based solution has had a very strong uptime, and the system is highly configurable making ongoing enhancements possible. One thing that we have found particularly powerful as we onboard new hires is the Task flows. Every workbook can have a task flow attached to it, it is like a step by step how to with pictures and hyperlinks. If you are trying to firm your plan, you can reference this step by step instructions with hyperlinks to relevant workbooks. These are user configured, not out of the box and specific to your process. You have to set this up as you build your process flows with the new solution, but the results is great for onboarding and for process standardization.

The app itself needs Java support, it may take a few times to start up Kinaxis as it may not read Java correctly.
