very easy to navigate was very helpful during covid/post covid, making it very easy to upload and keep track of employees vaccinated, as we were a healthcare company. could easily access information including my W-2, paystubs, verifying salary information on employees, keeing track of certifications and licensures, and when those were expiring to confirm renewal

For those who are used to a full applicant tracking system, there are some capability gaps - especially as it comes to two-way communication with the candidate. Outbound communications are recorded, but the candidate response is not, other than the SMS text tool.
