From a user perspective, the interface is very clean and easy to navigate and communication updates are generally clear and timely. It makes it easy to track application status and see hiring manager information

The navigation once you're reviewing a candidate. I feel like the resume and cover letter should be the more front facing item to make it easier for the hiring manager. I think the system has more capability then we are using and I'm wondering if that's because we can't, it isn't easy, or the benefits haven't been explained well?
