The structure that it brings into the hiring process is one of the things I like the most. As a recruitment consultant, it helps conversations move beyond interviews and gut feeling. The insights around behavioral fit and leadership potential are quite useful, especially for mid to senior roles. It gives an extra layer of validation, making the process of choosing the right fit easier. Additionally, reprots are detailed but still easy to explain to stakeholders and are very user friendly.

The interface/ and technology is outdated. Because of this, it does hinder the user experience. Their coaching overall is good, however, some of us have reported that it lacks tailored advice.
