1). Instead of skills on RESUME, it gives us a clearer view on the skills Candidate holds. 2). Straight forward yet the variety of test assessments makes it handy. 3). Screening before the actual interview saves time with TestGorilla. 4). Evaluation based on the skills instead of CVs and Resumes.

As a user that partners with admins, I am not fully sure of the usefulness of the system. I think with the challenge of finding jobs nowadays, some candidates may be discouraged to apply because of the system. It might help source some candidates but I worry it can be answered falsely in order to increase chances of selection. Unfortunately, the tests are not fully customizable, so that is something we weren't a huge fan of.
