Lack of flexibility within the ATS. This has been improving over the past 12 months but still has more room for improvement. Prior to updates being released the system is extremely buggy and causes disruptions in day to day activities Customer Service - When submitting tickets, it often takes several days to receive a response and we would like to see more dedicated account managers that allow for relationships to be built. Currently we are randomly assigned help
