Brightfin also has a fantastic portal in which we can logon to to allow our administrators to make changes to our users lines, order new equipment, upgrade equipment, and make many other support requests. MindGlobal provides both wireless and wireline management services for us. The cost of their services is less than one full time employee and they cover helpdesk, ordering and reporting for our department. They are responsive and help deliver a consistent experience for the business without much of the management overhead we had in the past.
