My experience with Azure has been OK. It's simple to use at a basic level and allows a great deal of customization of roles for users and computers on the admin side. On the user sude, Azure servers and connected computers are very easy to remote into and use off-premises. Azure is expensive, though. I'd not recommend it for people with smaller wallets.
