This is good for visibility, but in the meantime requires a bit of maual work to make sure all the information is accurate.

Platform is easy to use and helps manage transportation tasks smoothly. The shipment tracking and visibility features are very helpful to monitor status in real time.

A lot of blocking and delay on getting the updated info from the customer. A lot of manual work is required. I remember I used to spend 30% of my time daily to debug on the issues of the shipments.
