The biggest strength we have noticed is the visibility that system provides to everyone our our team. When everyone has the information it makes the execution easy. The analytics that the system provides is also useful for helping us make important decisions day to day. It feels like we have the full picture of what is happening in our process. The last thing of note is that the software is easy to implement and we had no issues getting our team up and running.

The product is hard to customize. There were a lot of workarounds implemented to support pretty standard business practices. Dispatching and post planning operations are not user friendly and can be difficult/prone to errors.
