The best part of OTM is its transportation planning and visibility capabilities. It helped organize logistics operations better and provided useful tracking and reporting features for daily operations Integration with existing enterprise systems was also manageable compared to some other platforms we evaluated.

The things I dislike are where when we have changes with a load, it requires too many steps to make those changes. Ideally some of the loaded data should populate which doesn't always occur.
