The tool is well customized and enables TMS operations to be managed even though master data from ERP is not always perfect. Easy to use for new users. Tool is not only usefull for Transport department but also for other dept that can access tool data with limited access login.

Integration must always go through a system integrator, so flexibility in developing integrations is limited.
