Transporeon is a platform allowing us to have one EDI integration that is serving a lot of different customers. The integration is pretty easy, as the online documentation is well written. Downtime? I think Transporeon was down one day, which was a disaster for us and for our customers, in several years.
We have a sales speaking partner who is always available and helpful.
When it comes to contract management, then things are getting a little "meh": there is no negotiation, prices are imposed and honestly paying up to some 15 Euro fee for a spot transport is something I cannot understand.
Bid management (tendering) has been around for ages and we use it regularly.
Analytics and reporting are good, considering they are also fed by a huge amount of data.
