Lack of customer orientation within Oracle - you become one of parties in internal discussions between consulting, support and development team. Although it's a product with years-long history, it still has surprising early-childhood problems, like some limitations on administering multiple stores at once, overhead number of data exchanged when integrating to it, poor observability, lack of solutions to facilitate automation of the maintenance and deployment, etc.
