What I like the most about the MiCollab solution is its native connection with the Mitel environment. This connection allows users to benefit from a significant number of features specific to the telephony system. It is a solution that integrates perfectly into hybrid telephony environments.

1) Setting up the app on iPhone could be more intuitive 2) I wish there was an easier way to search through calls on hold 3) Assigning custom availability could be a little more user friendly
