The GuidingCare platform demos well and has good functionality for a care and utilization management system.  The biggest issue is the delivery, implementation, and support for the product is underwhelming.  The products releases are plagued with defects, upgrades require a new statement of work, and the overall support is lackluster.  

Vendor productive is highly customizable, it has certain areas that need further maturity and automation but overall its on the right path. Vendor is very responsive
