Great service, good price, great software and innovation.

Novarad is pioneer for cloud imaging software, I'm amazed how they started to change the medical imaging completely. You have the potential to blast out companies like Sectra, Carestream, keep up the good work guys!

Unfortunately we require a faster resolution between Mexico and USA services. Also the update times need to fit our requirements outside work schedules. And user adaptation can be difficult sometimes. 

We installed a 100mb internet service for this project and some doctors were complaining because it was too slow for their standards (we usually work with CT's Mammograms and Tomosynthesis) and for me downloading a 300mb study in less than 15 seconds is actually fast. Maybe a loading bar would help the doctors to see how fast it works. Now we have a 200mb internet connection and it downloads mammograms in less than 7 seconds. Still some doctors find it slow. So I think that with a little loading bar would let doctors realize how fast it is.

Although these problems I think the project has been quite successful and we are thankful for that!

I have worked with the NovaRad PACS system for the last 12 years at multiple different facilities and I can honestly say that it is one of the most user friendly PACS systems I have seen. It extremely customizable and fits well in any workflow. Their support staff has always been amazing and your are normally connect to someone right away. They do not make you wait for a callback or put you on hold for hours.
