1. Limited Custom fields can be created in Freshsales at the deal level and this significantly limits what we can do on the platform. Our Presales team had to create their fields at the account level while the sales team lived at the deal level and this meant that reporting of key metrics was not easy. 2. When I create a report from Deals and Account objects, I am not able to define a distinct count of accounts in the report if an account has multiple deals associated with it. As a result, we have to extract the report into an excel file and remove the duplicate records before analyzing the data further. 3. It is not possible to define an OR logic while creating reports in Freshsales and hence often I have to create multiple reports, extract them and analyze the data in an excel sheet. 4. They often makes changes to the UI without prior intimation and it makes it difficult to navigate when the new changes are rolled out.
