Miro has worked well for my team as a way to visually collaborate. We design children's clothing, and we use Miro as a way to visualize the line as we are designing. Since we all own different categories of product, we are able to use Miro to consolidate everything in one spot where our whole team and crossfunctional teams can view it. Previously we had been using local software and saving files on our company server, where we would have to make sure nobody else had the file open before we could go in. This was a lot more tedious, and Miro makes it much easier and allows us to all be working on the same thing simultaneously. I do feel that Miro was designed for a different application than we use it for, so some features are lacking such as rulers or a sense of scale, but overall it has worked very well for our team and has allowed us more freedom in collaboration.

The experience has been positive. Our team benefits from the UI and level of control we have over the presentation. There is a learning curve to edit the miro boards but our team has for the most part adapted quickly.

Miro is an awesome product and I use it everyday. The majority 90% of our business utilises it, either on a regular or semi regular basis and it provides structure to our meetings, workshops and planning.

The only reason I give it a 4 star is because the customer support - from a dedicated account manager - is a little adhoc and I have recently been contacted - like a cold call - about a feature I have been using (gather its come up in their data) even though I have spoken live with this person a number of times and they know who I am. It looks like an AI email that has been sent to the masses so a bit of a miss there on the personal approach.

I have also had some issues recently with the integration of Jira Plans. There are potential privacy settings on our IT network, but as a corporate, I imagine this is consistent with other businesses, so how might Miro make this safer to enable this feature which for us, is a game changer?
