Their platform is a very robust Analytics platform that enables dashboards for multiple entities and users, including different user roles. The platform also enables users who have designer licenses the ability to create custom dashboards and analytics extracts. Using the platform is quite intuitive and is not a barrier for non-technical people like myself. There is lots of flexibility for users to shape & share their views and usage via filtering options, as well as flexibility at dashboard design for designers. They have strong embedded analytics capabilities (a feature which we will use more in future) which are highly rated and appear 'easy' to use.
