Overall, Alterna is very user friendly platform. It's easy to navigate and creating managing surveys through the dashboards is quite intuitive. Reporting is also smooth and efficient. The only area for improvement I'd mention would be survey customization - having more flexiable, personalised survey structures and ability to export results as reports directtly  would make the tool truely outstanding.
