Global Customer Research Lead

The customer support is exceptional, they always respond quickly and is very helpful in solving issues. However, the platform is standard in terms of a survey tool. I like that there are many flexible ways to design the surveys but some features require scripting creating barriers for users. I also think that the text analytics solution is not (yet) on par with best-in-class alternatives. Translation management is a bit of a hassle for multi-language projects. 

Please note that the response scale is skewed where 4 stars should be "Above average" and 5 stars "Excellent".
