Senior Business Process Analyst

While the Verint staff have been very accommodating, the support site  (Verint Connect) is confusing.  Nothing is named correctly, and the search features are not very helpful when trying to dive into a specific issue.    Additionally, the cloud platform provides limited access and we find ourselves contacting Verint Support for more and more items/tasks.   Finally,  I find it frustrating that they offer a Analyze panel, yet the reports are limited in customization (color, width, question availability.)

Our transition to Verint was driven by a need to break down data silos between our contact center, website, and mobile app. Previously we used a basic survey tool that gave us post interaction NPS scores. Verint has allowed us to move from simply asking customers how they feel to listening.
